How we deliver work

Behfar Building manages and coordinates construction projects from start to completion, with qualified professionals handling each specialized scope.

We self-perform general construction and project coordination. Specialized and regulated trades — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas and other licensed work — are completed by qualified subcontractors who hold the appropriate licences, certifications, insurance and trade qualifications required for their scope.

We verify our subcontractors’ qualifications and required credentials before they perform regulated work on our projects. Where applicable, work is completed in accordance with Ontario and City of Toronto requirements, including applicable permits, inspections and safety regulations.

This structure lets us provide a complete construction solution while ensuring specialized work is performed by properly qualified professionals.

Documentation

For privacy, security and operational reasons, individual subcontractor licence numbers and insurance policy details are not published on this website. Relevant documentation can be provided for verification on request, or where required for a project.

We maintain appropriate business insurance for our operations. Our subcontractors are responsible for maintaining the insurance and credentials required for the services they provide.
