We truly appreciate your commitment to this project. I must give a 100% satisfied mark as you not only finished the job early and under budget, but with great sub-contractors and excellent workmanship. The job was done very efficiently and timely.
Just finished having our ensuite bathroom and powder room remodelled by Behfar Building This is an excellent group to work with if you are thinking of undertaking any renovations. They are professional, courteous and willing to answer any of your questions throughout the project. Arash keeps you informed regarding the project estimates, by staying on budget. He was a great communicator and a strong liaison between us and multiple contractors. He notified us as to the time contractors would arrive a day before and if there were any changes to the plan. Behrooz is a soft spoken individual with a lot of heart, he always asked for our opinion before any installation and Meysam was the Jack of all trades and definitely the master of many skills! They are all warm hearted, respectful and truly a pleasure to have around. They make a strong team that focus on ensuring that their customers are happy and satisfied every step of the way. The professional trades people they hire were all excellent! You can tell they take great pride in their work and are conscientious. Youre in good hands if you hire this trio! They completed the work to our satisfaction and left our home spotless. My wife and I highly recommend them! Gina and Mario
From the first meeting with the Behfar Building team we set out our expectations and timelines for completion. The team was professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest. Didnt try to up sell something to us, they provided feedback to certain areas of the renovation which made sense. They stand by their workmanship and price. They always tried to accommodate what we wanted without extra compensation. Communication was great and the final results were beyond our expectations. Thank you to the Behfar Building team for their hard work and commitment to quality. Bravo.
Behfar Building completed my first major home renovation. They were very patient with the time it took me to make decisions and were available to answer questions every step of the way. My building is older and some of the existing materials and structures were difficult to work with, but Behfar Building were persistent and made sure to find solutions that would work. I love my new bathroom - feels like I am at a spa everyday of the week. Thank you Behfar Building! Have a look at their great work!
I recently hired this company to finish my basement, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. The team was professional, efficient, and delivered high-quality workmanship. Mr.Behroz was always available to answer any questions and address any concerns that arose throughout the process. I highly recommend Finished My Basement for anyone looking to transform their basement into a beautiful living space.
I wanted to re model my kitchen . One of my friends introduced the Behfar Building. So I called them and they gave an affordable price. They start the process very soon and follow my ideas in every stage of work. I strongly recommend them. They are nice and friendly. They are professional .
I'm delighted and impressed with the outcome of my renovation. Behfar Building Corp were incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, prompt, and extremely helpful. They did a variety of tasks with great skill and pride in their work while being responsive to our questions and concerns. My expectations were exceeded with the work done and so I highly recommend this business.
The super professional gentleman who considers all details of the job. The first and foremost is that he did a fantastic job. On top of that he charged me a very fair price. This man deserves to be in the top 10 of Ontario Construction companies.
From the very beginning, Behrooz, Arash and Meysam were amazing to work with. They took our vision for our new kitchen and bathroom and completely exceeded all expectations. Not only are they professional, but they do beautiful work. From the lighting to the painting, everything was done with such care and accuracy. The transformation was more than we could have even imagined. We are so happy with our new spaces and would recommend Behfar Building to anyone looking to renovate their home.
I am very happy with my basement renovation. Arash and his team did a fabulous job. We have been recommending them to friends and neighbours. We will definitely use them for future renovations!
Behfar Building was the third contractor we worked with - they are the best so far. We hired Behfar Building to renovate our condo washrooms, flooring, kitchen, painting and stairs . Arash and his teams have excellent workmanship and take pride in their work. We are very pleased with the quality outcome of the whole project. Arash was great in coordinating the different teams and tradespeople , providing sound advice and services. Very pleasant and wonderful people to deal with. Thank you for a great experience. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them in the future.
Meysam made my full kitchen, as well as a vanity and cabinet for my bathroom. My kitchen is small and does not give itself to having lots of cabinets, but Meysam gave me lots of great ideas to use the maximum and best of my space. He was very flexible by changing the designs last minute and found the solution to redesign efficiently. He’s professional, experienced and friendly. The price was reasonable. I’ll definitely work with him again. I’m so happy with my kitchen, I love it and enjoy cooking in it.
The Behfar Building team are extremely professional and courteous and we had an amazing experience with them. They constructed a whole new kitchen for us. They helped us with the design and delivered a beautiful kitchen with flawless finish. The quality of materials and workmanship were great. We are so impressed with the quality and the outcome is even better than what we could have envisioned! We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them in the future.
Arash and his team added a beautiful bathroom in our small space in the basement. It turned out amazing! They also gave me a separate laundry room by installing a pocket door, therefore making it into two rooms. My next project is the kitchen. I highly recommend this company of professional tradesmen.
Arash called me within 5-minutes of my inquiry and was very professional and friendly. I was impressed by the customer service he provided me after the call and hired him to do the job of re-tiling my basement bathroom walls. Arash and his team did a great job and loved how Arash made sure I was satisfied and happy with the job they did. I will be moving to my new home soon and already asked him to give me a quote for a basement renovation. I look forward to hiring his team again!
We had one of the best renovation experiences with Behfar Building. It was not a big job, but an important job nonetheless, rebuilding and retiling 3 walls around the bathtub in the kids bathroom and installing a new shower faucet and plumbing. The guys did an amazing job and it looks gorgeous - we now probably need to renovate the rest of the bathroom to make it look as good. The job was done quickly and professionally, they would show up on time, always clean up after themselves, always courteous and friendly. The communication with Arash via emails or texts was quick and easy. This is one of the easiest recommendations to make.
I’m so happy with the results. Behfar Building did an amazing job with renovating the full kitchen ( cabinets, flooring, wall removal, painting, lighting,..) three bathrooms, full house flooring. They were sticking to the time perfectly and finished the project right on time. Super friendly and experienced team with a great knowledge about design and construction. What stands out for this amazing team is their FLEXIBILITY with changing designs and respecting our institutions.
I had a clumsily hardscaped back and side yard and deck built with interlock. The interlocks were old and worn out to direct all stormwater towards the foundation of the house rather than away. I was looking for someone to remove all the stuff and install interlock tiles nicely to direct all water away from the foundation. A few guys visited me for the project but they either did not understand the work properly or were not interested to do my work as it required a lot of patience and detailing (especially while removal). Guys at Behfar Building. Construction took time to understand the requirements and did an excellent job.
Kitchen cabinets, bathroom reno, hardwood and painting
Behfar Building were great contractors. They did complete renos for our 3 bathrooms, updated our kitchen cabinets, installed hardwood and painted the house. They did a great, high quality job and are very knowledgeable in their craft. They were also very flexible with some additions and changes we made and were very friendly to work with. All of this work was also reasonably priced. Thanks Arash and team for your hard work!
I had recently done major basement renovation and remodeling with a new bedroom, shower, laundry room, powder room, office room and electric work. Overall the result exceeded my expectations. In addition, the price was very reasonable. I would recommend Behfar Building
I wanted to renovate my kitchen . It was a pretty big redesign in layout and opening the space up. Behrooz not only did a fantastic job in recreating the beautiful design but went absolutely above and beyond in getting us the result we wanted. Everything was so precise, and in the dead heat of the heatwave he didn't miss a single beat. It was honestly one of, if not the best experience I've had with a contractor to date. Period. Soheila Az.
Did a wonderful job finishing our basement. Very thorough, professional and answered all our questions in a very timely manner throughout the renovation. We were extremely impressed with their workmanship and the quality of the finished product. The renovation was completed faster than outlined in our contract and their pricing was very reasonable. The team was hardworking, friendly and great with our 3 year old son which was a plus! We would highly recommend any project!
I had my hot tub removed and needed someone to repair my deck and also repair my 25 years old fence, deck and stairs. They did a great job with a reasonable price. They also repaired some of the small damaged spots that I hadn't noticed at all and they did it with no extra cost for me. I recommend their service for all outdoor wood works.
Mehdi did some renovation jobs for me and I am very satisfied with the quality of his work and being on time. He is familiar with the materials in the market. So he could reduce my costs by giving professional suggestions.
