Grid or drywall ceilings and lighting installed by our trade partners.
Power, data and AV
Floor boxes, wall outlets, structured cabling and meeting room AV installed and tested.
HVAC distribution
Ductwork, diffusers and controls altered for the new layout and balanced.
Glass fronts and doors
Glazed partitions, doors and hardware installed and adjusted.
Flooring, paint and millwork
Carpet tile, hard flooring, paint, reception joinery and kitchenettes.
Furniture coordination
Delivery and installation coordinated so the space is usable on day one.
