Behfar Building is a Newmarket-based construction company working across Toronto, York Region and the surrounding area. Our team has served GTA homeowners since 2018. Behfar Building was founded in 2024. It is led by Behrooz Rajabifar, who has spent 12 years in civil engineering and construction management.

Twelve years in civil engineering and construction management sit behind every Behfar Building project. Behrooz brings both the technical side and the on-site side — he specialises in residential and commercial renovation across the Greater Toronto Area, and oversees each project from planning and estimating through construction to final delivery.
That end-to-end involvement is deliberate. The person who prices your project is the person who runs it. Nothing gets handed off to someone who wasn’t in the room when the decisions were made.
His focus is straightforward: catch the expensive problems while they are still on paper, put every change in writing, and answer the phone while the job is running.

Behfar Building manages and coordinates construction projects from start to completion, with qualified professionals handling each specialized scope.
We self-perform general construction and project coordination. Specialized scopes, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and gas, are completed by qualified subcontractors who do only that work.
Any permits a project requires are arranged for that project and shown to you before work starts.
You get one point of contact and one company accountable for the result, while the specialized work is done by people who do only that.
