Any permits a project requires are arranged for that project and shown to you before work starts. Where one is required we prepare the application, submit it and coordinate the inspections. Permit timelines vary by municipality, so we build that into the schedule up front rather than discovering it halfway through.

Just finished having our ensuite bathroom and powder room remodelled by Behfar Building This is an excellent group to work with if you are thinking of undertaking any renovations. They are professional, courteous and willing to answer any of your questions throughout the project. Arash keeps you informed regarding the project estimates, by staying on budget. He was a great communicator and a strong liaison between us and multiple contractors. He notified us as to the time contractors would arrive a day before and if there were any changes to the plan. Behrooz is a soft spoken individual with a lot of heart, he always asked for our opinion before any installation and Meysam was the Jack of all trades and definitely the master of many skills! They are all warm hearted, respectful and truly a pleasure to have around. They make a strong team that focus on ensuring that their customers are happy and satisfied every step of the way. The professional trades people they hire were all excellent! You can tell they take great pride in their work and are conscientious. Youre in good hands if you hire this trio! I had a clumsily hardscaped back and side yard and deck built with interlock. The interlocks were old and worn out to direct all stormwater towards the foundation of the house rather than away. I was looking for someone to remove all the stuff and install interlock tiles nicely to direct all water away from the foundation. A few guys visited me for the project but they either did not understand the work properly or were not interested to do my work as it required a lot of patience and detailing (especially while removal). Guys at Behfar Building. Construction took time to understand the requirements and did an excellent job.
Behfar Building was the third contractor we worked with - they are the best so far. We hired Behfar Building to renovate our condo washrooms, flooring, kitchen, painting and stairs . Arash and his teams have excellent workmanship and take pride in their work. We are very pleased with the quality outcome of the whole project. Arash was great in coordinating the different teams and tradespeople , providing sound advice and services. Very pleasant and wonderful people to deal with. Thank you for a great experience. Did a wonderful job finishing our basement. Very thorough, professional and answered all our questions in a very timely manner throughout the renovation. We were extremely impressed with their workmanship and the quality of the finished product. The renovation was completed faster than outlined in our contract and their pricing was very reasonable. The team was hardworking, friendly and great with our 3 year old son which was a plus! We would highly recommend any project!
Meysam made my full kitchen, as well as a vanity and cabinet for my bathroom. My kitchen is small and does not give itself to having lots of cabinets, but Meysam gave me lots of great ideas to use the maximum and best of my space. He was very flexible by changing the designs last minute and found the solution to redesign efficiently. He’s professional, experienced and friendly. The price was reasonable. I’ll definitely work with him again. I’m so happy with my kitchen, I love it and enjoy cooking in it.
