Full tear-off and disposal
Old shingles and underlay removed to the deck so the roof can actually be inspected.
Deck inspection and repair
Soft or rotted sheathing replaced before anything new goes on, priced openly.
Ice and water protection
Membrane at the eaves, valleys and penetrations, which is where Ontario roofs leak.
Underlay and shingles
Synthetic underlay and the shingle or metal system you selected, installed to the manufacturer's instructions.
Flashing and penetrations
Step, valley and chimney flashing, plumbing stacks and vents properly detailed.
Ventilation
Intake and exhaust checked and corrected so the attic is not cooking the new roof.
Drip edge and eaves detail
Metal edge installed so water leaves the roof into the gutter and not behind it.
Site protection and clean-up
Landscaping covered, debris contained, and a magnet run for nails when we finish.
Workmanship and product warranty
The manufacturer's product warranty plus our own written workmanship warranty.
