What’s included

Removal of existing cladding
Old siding stripped so the sheathing and any hidden damage can be seen.
Sheathing and rot repair
Damaged sheathing and framing replaced before new cladding goes on.
Water-resistive barrier
House wrap installed and lapped correctly, which is what keeps the wall dry.
Flashing at openings
Windows, doors and penetrations flashed so water is directed out and not in.
Rainscreen where specified
A drainage gap behind the cladding on assemblies that call for one.
Siding, stucco or stone installation
Vinyl, fibre cement, wood, stucco or stone veneer installed to the manufacturer's instructions.
Soffit, fascia and trim
Eaves finished and corner, band and window trim detailed properly.
Insulation upgrade
Exterior insulation added while the wall is open, where the assembly allows.
Clean-up and disposal
Bins, debris removal and a site left tidy at the end of each day.

House wrap, flashing, insulation where specified, then the new cladding and trim.
Clean-up and walkthrough
Site cleared and the finished elevations walked with you.
