Drainage assessment
We look at where water currently goes and why it is not leaving the roof properly.
Removal of old troughs
Existing eavestrough and downspouts taken down and disposed of.
Seamless trough on site
Trough formed to length on site so there are no joints to fail along a run.
Correct slope and hanger spacing
Pitched to the outlets and hung at the spacing the profile needs so it does not sag.
Downspouts and extensions
Sized and placed to carry the roof area, with extensions taking water away from the foundation.
Fascia and soffit repair
Rotted fascia and damaged soffit replaced before new trough is hung on it.
Gutter guards
Leaf protection fitted where trees make cleaning a recurring problem.
Clean-up and testing
We run water through the system before we leave and clear the debris.
