Layout and measurement
We measure the room and set cabinet, appliance and clearance dimensions before anything is ordered.
Demolition and disposal
Old cabinets, counters, flooring and finishes out, and off site.
Wall and structural changes
Opening a wall between the kitchen and living space, with proper support where the wall carries load.
Plumbing and gas relocations
Sink, dishwasher and range connections moved by our plumbing and gas partners.
Electrical for a modern kitchen
Counter receptacles, appliance circuits, under-cabinet and ceiling lighting by our electrical partner.
Cabinetry and millwork
Supply and install of cabinets, panels, filler and crown, scribed to the walls you actually have.
Countertops and backsplash
Templated after cabinets are set, then fabricated, installed and sealed, with tile to follow.
Flooring
New floor run through the kitchen and into adjoining rooms where the transition would otherwise look wrong.
Appliance install and hook-up
Fitting, levelling and connecting the appliances you supply or we order.
Paint, trim and clean
Ceiling, walls, baseboard and casing finished, and the room cleaned before handover.

Cabinets set, counters templated and installed, then backsplash, flooring, paint and appliances.
Walkthrough and deficiency list
We open every door and drawer with you, note what is outstanding, and complete it.
