Shopfronts, entrance doors and glazing installed and secured.
Partitions, ceilings and back of house
Sales floor, stockroom, office and staff areas built out.
Lighting and power
Display and general lighting, and power for fixtures and POS, by our trade partners.
Commercial kitchen work
Restaurant build-outs including hoods, exhaust and grease interceptors, coordinated with health approvals.
Fire protection and life safety
Sprinklers, alarms and exit requirements adjusted to the new layout by our trade partners.
Flooring and finishes
Floors, wall finishes, fixtures and signage installation.
Phased and after-hours work

Final inspections and opening
Final approvals and any health approvals obtained, deficiencies closed, and the unit handed over.
