  • Finding the source

    We work out where water is entering before deciding between an interior and an exterior fix.

  • Exterior excavation

    The foundation exposed, cleaned and repaired, with locates called before digging.

  • Membrane and drainage board

    A waterproofing membrane applied and protected with drainage board.

  • Weeping tile replacement

    New footing drain in clear stone with filter fabric, tied to a working outlet.

  • Interior systems

    Perimeter drain, vapour barrier and sump installed inside where exterior access is not practical.

  • Crack injection

    Poured concrete cracks injected where that is the appropriate repair.

  • Sump pump and backup

    Pump, check valve, discharge and battery backup installed and tested.

  • Backwater valve

    Installed where the sewer can back up, with the permit the municipality requires.

  • Grading and downspouts

    Surface water corrected, because a foundation fix that ignores the grade is half a fix.

    Utility locates completed, then excavation outside or the slab opened inside.

  6. Repair, membrane and drainage

    Wall repaired and sealed, drainage installed, and the sump connected and tested.

  7. Restoration and walkthrough

    Backfill, concrete and landscaping reinstated, and the system demonstrated to you.
