Guard and railing replacement
Guards built to the height, loading and opening limits the Code requires.
Door and threshold detail
The sill flashed and sealed, since that is a common source of interior water damage.
Finished surface
Tile, pavers, coating or decking installed over the membrane.
Permits and inspections
Balcony structural work is permit work, and we carry it to final approval.
