Free in-person consultation and estimate

We come to the property in person, look at the work and give you an estimate at no cost and no obligation.

Step 1 of 7 · Question 1 of 1

What are you pouring? (required)

A real person responds within 24 hours.

What’s included

This is the work itself, item by item. If your job does not need one of these, it is not on your estimate.

  • Locates before excavation

Utility locates are requested through Ontario One Call before we dig.

  • Excavation and base preparation

Dug to depth and a compacted granular base placed, which is what stops later settlement.

  • Formwork

Forms set to the lines, levels and slopes the finished surface needs.

  • Reinforcement

Rebar or mesh placed and supported where the design calls for it.

  • Footings and foundation walls

Poured to the depth and width the Building Code requires for the load and the frost line.

  • Slabs, walkways and steps

Flatwork placed, screeded and finished to drain away from the building.

  • Control joints

Cut or tooled at the right spacing so the concrete cracks where we decide it will.

  • Finishing and curing

Broom, trowel or exposed finish as specified, then cured rather than left to dry out.

  • Backfill and clean-up

Forms stripped, ground restored, and the site left tidy.

How it runs

Every job we take on follows the same sequence, from the first call to the walkthrough.

  1. Tell us what you need poured

What it is, roughly how big, and what will sit or drive on it.

  2. We call you back

Within 24 hours, to check access, grade and drainage.

  3. Site visit and written estimate

We measure, look at the base conditions and quote the scope in writing.

  4. Permits and locates

A permit where the work needs one, and utility locates before any digging.

  5. Excavation, base and forms

Dig, compact the base, set the forms and place reinforcement.

  6. Pour and finish

Concrete placed, levelled, finished and jointed, then cured.

  7. Strip, restore and walkthrough

Forms stripped, ground restored, and the finished work walked with you.

That is the whole job. Tell us about yours and we will price it — a real person calls you back within 24 hours.
