Step 1 of 7 · Question 1 of 1

What needs cutting? (required)

A real person responds within 24 hours.

What’s included

This is the work itself, item by item. If your job does not need one of these, it is not on your estimate.

  • Scan before cutting

The slab or wall is scanned for rebar, conduit and post-tension cables before a blade touches it.

  • Structural review

Openings in a load-bearing element are designed and supported by a qualified professional.

  • Wall and slab sawing

Straight, clean openings cut to the marked lines for doors, windows and stairs.

  • Core drilling

Accurate cores for plumbing, ducts, conduit and anchors.

  • Slab removal

Sections cut, broken out and carried away without damaging what stays.

  • Dust and slurry control

Wet cutting with slurry captured, or dust extraction where water cannot be used.

  • Temporary support

Shoring and needle beams installed where an opening removes support.

  • Clean-up and disposal

Debris removed and the area left clean and safe.

How it runs

Every job we take on follows the same sequence, from the first call to the walkthrough.

  1. Tell us about the opening

What you need cut, how big, and whether the element carries load.

  2. We call you back

Within 24 hours, to confirm access, thickness and services.

  3. Site visit and written estimate

We look at the element, check access and quote in writing.

  4. Scanning and engineering

The area is scanned, and structural design and a permit obtained where the opening needs them.

  5. Protection and shoring

Surrounding area protected and temporary support installed where required.

  6. Cutting and removal

The opening sawn or cored and the material removed cleanly.

  7. Clean-up and handover

Slurry and debris cleared, the opening checked against the drawing, and the area handed back.

That is the whole job. Tell us about yours and we will price it — a real person calls you back within 24 hours.
