Opening measurement and survey
Existing opening, frame and threshold measured and checked for square and rot.
Entry door systems
Slab, frame, sill, sidelights and transom supplied and installed as one assembly.
Patio and sliding doors
Sliding and swing patio doors installed, flashed and adjusted to run properly.
Interior doors
Prehung and slab doors hung, with jambs plumbed and stops adjusted.
Threshold and sill detail
Sill pan and flashing installed so the floor inside the door stays dry.
Weatherstripping and sealing
Perimeter insulated and sealed, and weatherstripping adjusted to close evenly.
Hardware fitting
Locks, handles, closers and hinges fitted and aligned so the door latches without a push.
Trim and finishing
Interior casing and exterior capping installed and caulked.
