Step 1 of 7 · Question 1 of 1

What are you framing? (required)

A real person responds within 24 hours.

What’s included

This is the work itself, item by item. If your job does not need one of these, it is not on your estimate.

  • Layout from the drawings

Walls set out on the deck to the approved plan before anything is stood up.

  • Wood and steel stud framing

Interior and exterior walls framed in the material the design and the occupancy call for.

  • Load-bearing walls and beams

Bearing walls, beams, posts and their supports built to the structural design.

  • Structural openings

Doors, windows and pass-throughs headed and supported for the span and the load above.

  • Temporary shoring

Existing loads supported while a wall comes out, which is the part that goes wrong when it is skipped.

  • Floor and roof framing

Joists, trusses and rafters set, blocked and sheathed.

  • Blocking and backing

Solid backing installed for cabinets, railings, grab bars and fixtures while the walls are open.

  • Framing inspection

We book and attend the inspection that has to pass before insulation and drywall.

How it runs

Every job we take on follows the same sequence, from the first call to the walkthrough.

  1. Tell us what is being framed

New walls, an opening, an addition, or a wall coming out.

  2. We call you back

Within 24 hours, to understand what is structural and what is not.

  3. Site visit and written estimate

We look at the existing structure and quote the scope in writing.

  4. Engineering and permit

Structural design by a qualified professional and a permit where the change requires one.

  5. Protection and shoring

The area protected and temporary support installed before anything is removed.

  6. Framing

Walls, beams, openings and blocking built to the drawings.

  7. Inspection and handover

Framing inspection passed, then the work handed to the next trade or finished by us.

That is the whole job. Tell us about yours and we will price it — a real person calls you back within 24 hours.
