    Shoreline work can require conservation authority and other approvals, and we identify that first.

  • Site and water depth survey

    Depth, bottom type and exposure checked to decide which dock system suits the site.

  • Dock construction

    Floating, pipe, crib and cantilever docks built for the conditions at your shoreline.

  • Decking and hardware

    Decking, fasteners and connectors specified for constant wet service.

  • Removal and replacement

    Failed docks removed from the water and disposed of properly.

  • Boathouse and shelter work

    Repairs and rebuilds to existing structures over the water where approvals permit.

  • Shoreline stabilization

    Erosion control and bank work carried out under the approvals that apply.

  • Seasonal service

    Installation and removal at the start and end of the season.

    Cribs, piles or floats placed and the dock assembled and secured.

  7. Inspection and walkthrough

    Fixings and levels checked, the site cleared, and the dock walked with you.

    Hardscaping

    I had a clumsily hardscaped back and side yard and deck built with interlock. The interlocks were old and worn out to direct all stormwater towards the foundation of the house rather than away. I was looking for someone to remove all the stuff and install interlock tiles nicely to direct all water away from the foundation. A few guys visited me for the project but they either did not understand the work properly or were not interested to do my work as it required a lot of patience and detailing (especially while removal). Guys at Behfar Building. Construction took time to understand the requirements and did an excellent job.

    Wood deck, fence and outdoor stairs

    I had my hot tub removed and needed someone to repair my deck and also repair my 25 years old fence, deck and stairs. They did a great job with a reasonable price. They also repaired some of the small damaged spots that I hadn't noticed at all and they did it with no extra cost for me. I recommend their service for all outdoor wood works.
