The existing fireplace, flue and chimney inspected before any work is quoted.
Gas fireplace installation
Supply, venting and connection carried out by our gas partner.
Electric and wood units
Fireplaces and inserts installed to the manufacturer's clearances and the Code.
Chimney lining
Stainless liners sized to the appliance and installed to the manufacturer's instructions.
Framing and surround
Enclosure framed with proper clearances, then finished in tile, stone or millwork.
Mantel and hearth
Mantel and hearth built and fixed at the clearances the appliance requires.
Chimney repair and crown
Masonry repointed, crowns recast and caps fitted to keep water out.
Sweeping and maintenance
Flue cleaning and inspection for appliances already in service.
Carbon monoxide alarms
Alarms confirmed in place where a fuel-burning appliance is installed.
