Step 1 of 7 · Question 1 of 1

What do you need? (required)

A real person responds within 24 hours.

What’s included

This is the work itself, item by item. If your job does not need one of these, it is not on your estimate.

  • Moisture survey

Readings taken in the materials rather than conclusions drawn from a smell.

  • Source identification

Leaks, ground water, condensation or ventilation failure identified before equipment is proposed.

  • Structural drying

Air movers and dehumidifiers placed and monitored until readings reach target.

  • Crawl space encapsulation

Ground sealed with a liner, walls insulated and the space brought under control.

  • Vapour barriers

Installed where the assembly needs them and, importantly, left out where it does not.

  • Dehumidification

Permanent dehumidifiers sized and drained to a proper outlet.

  • Ventilation improvements

Exhaust and fresh air corrected so humidity has somewhere to go.

  • Drainage and grading

Exterior water directed away, because most basement humidity starts outside.

  • Monitoring and documentation

Readings logged so you can see the space actually dried.

How it runs

Every job we take on follows the same sequence, from the first call to the walkthrough.

  1. Tell us what you are seeing

Damp, condensation, musty smell, or standing water in a crawl space.

  2. We call you back

Within 24 hours, to understand the pattern and the season it happens in.

  3. Inspection and written estimate

We take readings, find the source, and quote the scope in writing.

  4. Source correction

Leaks, grading and drainage fixed first.

  5. Drying

Equipment placed and readings monitored until the target is reached.

  6. Encapsulation or barrier installation

Liner, insulation and vapour control installed as the assembly requires.

  7. Verification and handover

Final readings recorded, equipment set up and explained, and the log given to you.

That is the whole job. Tell us about yours and we will price it — a real person calls you back within 24 hours.
