What’s included

Substrate preparation
The surface flattened and made suitable, because tile telegraphs whatever is underneath.
Waterproofing in wet areas
Bonded membrane in showers and on wet floors before tile is set.
Layout set out first
Grid planned so cuts land sensibly and full tiles sit where the eye goes.
Uncoupling membrane
Installed over slabs and heated floors where the assembly calls for it.
Floor, wall and backsplash tile
Ceramic, porcelain, stone and glass set with the mortar and trowel the product needs.
Heated floor installation
Electric mat or cable set in the assembly, with the connection made by our electrical partner.
Movement joints
Soft joints at perimeters and changes of plane so the field can move without cracking.
Grout and sealing
Grouted, cleaned and sealed where the material requires it.
Trim and edge detail
Profiles, bullnose or mitred edges finished rather than left raw.
