All electrical work is performed by our electrical partner and notified to the ESA.
Panel upgrades
Service and panel upgrades sized to the actual load of the house.
New circuits
Dedicated circuits for appliances, workshops, heating and outdoor equipment.
Rewiring
Replacing knob and tube or aluminum branch wiring, room by room or whole house.
Lighting
Pot lights, fixtures, switching and dimming installed and tested.
Receptacles and safety devices
Outlets, GFCI and AFCI protection where the Code requires them.
Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms
Interconnected alarms installed to the locations the Code requires.
ESA inspection
Work notified and inspected, with the certificate of inspection given to you.
Drywall make-good
Openings repaired, taped and painted after inspection passes.

Make-good and handover
Openings repaired, the panel labelled, and the certificate of inspection given to you.
