Step 1 of 7 · Question 1 of 1

What's the scope? (required)

A real person responds within 24 hours.

What’s included

This is the work itself, item by item. If your job does not need one of these, it is not on your estimate.

  • System assessment

We identify what the existing piping is and whether it needs full replacement or a partial.

  • Plumbing partners

All repiping is performed by our plumbing partners under Behfar Building project management.

  • Material selection

Copper or PEX chosen for the building, the water and the routing, and explained to you.

  • Routing plan

New lines routed to minimise the number of walls and ceilings that have to be opened.

  • Full house repiping

Supply lines replaced from the main through to every fixture.

  • Vertical stack replacement

Drain and vent stacks replaced in multi-storey buildings, with occupant coordination.

  • Valves and isolation

New shut-offs at the main and at every fixture.

  • Drywall repair and make-good

Walls and ceilings closed, taped, primed and painted after the pipework passes.

  • Pressure testing and inspection

The new system pressure tested and inspected before anything is covered.

How it runs

Every job we take on follows the same sequence, from the first call to the walkthrough.

  1. Tell us about the building

Age, number of bathrooms, pipe material if you know it, and what is going wrong.

  2. We call you back

Within 24 hours, to understand the layout and the occupancy.

  3. Site visit and written estimate

A plumber assesses the system and we quote the scope in writing.

  4. Routing plan and permit

Routes agreed to limit wall opening, and a plumbing permit taken out.

  5. Access and temporary service

Openings cut and water service planned around your occupancy.

  6. Repipe, test and inspect

New lines installed, pressure tested and inspected before closing up.

  7. Make-good and walkthrough

Walls repaired and painted, fixtures tested, and the work walked with you.

That is the whole job. Tell us about yours and we will price it — a real person calls you back within 24 hours.
