Plumbing partners
All plumbing is performed by our plumbing partners under Behfar Building project management.
Rough-in for new work
Supply and drainage roughed in for kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and basement suites.
Fixture installation
Sinks, toilets, tubs, showers and faucets set, connected and tested.
Relocating drains and supply
Moving a sink, tub or toilet, including the venting that has to move with it.
Water heater work
Tank and tankless units installed and connected, with gas work by our gas partner.
Shut-offs and valves
Isolation valves fitted so a future repair does not mean shutting down the house.
Leak diagnosis and repair
Finding where the water is actually coming from before opening the wall.
Backflow and backwater protection
Devices installed where the Code or the municipality requires them.
Permits and inspection
Plumbing permits taken out and inspections booked where the work requires them.
