We look at what the house actually has for fresh air and exhaust before adding equipment.
HRV and ERV installation
Units sized for the house, mounted, ducted and balanced.
Duct design and installation
Supply and exhaust runs sized and routed so the system can reach its rated flow.
Bathroom and kitchen exhaust
Fans and range hoods vented to the outside, never into an attic or soffit.
Dryer venting
Runs shortened, straightened and terminated properly.
Makeup air
Provided where a large hood or an exhaust appliance would otherwise depressurise the house.
Controls
Timers, humidity sensors and wall controls fitted and explained.
Balancing and testing
Airflows measured and balanced, with the results written down.
Filter access
Equipment located so you can actually reach the filters to change them.
